📦 Invoices and packaging

  • Printed invoices are not placed inside parcels, including orders delivered to another person.
  • Orders are packed in personalised kraft bags by default.

🌍 Delivery area

Valenna ships only to South African addresses. A customer outside South Africa can give a South African delivery address and arrange export, import, customs and last-mile delivery independently. See international orders.

For repeat or unusual fulfilment, send the product, quantity, artwork and delivery model to support for confirmation before ordering. Nothing is confirmed until support replies.
