Keep paper and cardstock flat, dry and protected from dust, direct sunlight and rapid temperature or humidity changes. That reduces curl, moisture changes, edge damage and feed problems.
📦 Storage checklist
- Leave unused sheets in their original wrap or a closed container.
- Store packs horizontally on a level surface.
- Keep them off damp floors and away from heaters.
- Let stock acclimatise to the room before opening it.
- Handle coated surfaces with clean, dry hands.
💡 Tip: when you only use part of a pack, re-wrap the rest and keep it flat. An open ream stood on its edge is the quickest route to curl.
