โœ‰๏ธ Layout rules

AreaRule
FrontKeep room for the recipient address, postage and postal marks. Keep important artwork at least 30 mm from the edges
BackPlace rear branding at the bottom centre, not on the flap
Both pagesUse the exact C6, C5 or C4 dimensions and matching orientation
๐Ÿ“ Note: the 30 mm margin is a safe zone, not bleed. Do not add bleed to envelope artwork. Check that page 2 is not upside down relative to page 1.

โ“ Frequently asked questions

Can I print the flap?

The standard position for rear branding is the bottom centre of the back, not the flap, and clear of folds and seams.

Do I need two separate files?

No. One two-page PDF. For notecards, by contrast, front and back are separate files.
