📦 What to include in a packaging request
- The product and quantity.
- The packaging type you need, and its dimensions or a reference photo.
- Your delivery deadline, where relevant.
📝 Note: a special-packaging enquiry lets Valenna assess the requirement. It does not confirm that arbitrary bespoke packaging can be made or sourced, and it sets no price or lead time until the actual request is reviewed.
🎁 Orders sent to another person
Printed invoices are not placed inside parcels. Courier labels or outer shipping materials may still carry delivery or sender information. See reselling and direct delivery.
