If a print has a quality or colour problem, send the order number, affected quantity, production file, selected print options and clear photos taken in neutral light.
đ¯ Describe the exact problem
- A colour cast or mismatch.
- Bleeding, smearing, fading or banding.
- Wrong paper colour, GSM, finish or texture.
- A binding, cutting or assembly defect.
đ Send the right comparison
| Send | Why |
| The final production file | What we were asked to print |
| Selected paper and print options | To check against the order |
| Neutral-light photos | Warm or coloured light distorts colour |
| An approved physical sample or earlier matching order | A true reference, since a screen alone is not reliable |
âšī¸
Good to know: for repeat runs where consistent colour matters, name the earlier order or approved sample so it is included. Do not assume a heavier GSM will fix colour. Paper weight and colour reproduction are separate. See

RGB vs CMYK.
â Frequently asked questions
My colours look different from my screen. Is that a fault?
Some shift between screen and print is normal. We assess against your file and the selected options.
