✏️ The pencil
Our branded pencils are pastel triangular HB graphite pencils with a matching eraser, supplied unsharpened. Check the current product listing for colour and finish options. Assorted colours must not be treated as individually selectable or permanently guaranteed stock. See shape, grade, colour and finish.
🔤 Text requirements
- One line, up to 20 characters including spaces and punctuation.
- Logos, graphics, icons, emojis, QR codes and detailed artwork are not supported.
📋 Prepare the name list
- Supply Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Excel (.xls/.xlsx).
- Use one line or spreadsheet row per pencil when names differ.
- The number of entries must match the ordered quantity.
- Keep spelling, capitalisation and punctuation exactly as required.
⚠️ Warning: we produce the submitted text as supplied and do not automatically correct the list. A list shorter than the quantity, or with spelling mistakes, will delay or spoil the order.
