Valenna personalises pastel triangular HB pencils with a name or one line of text. Each pencil comes with a matching eraser and is supplied unsharpened. There is no minimum order, so you can order one pencil as a sample, a named class set or a full batch for a school, event or business. Pencils cost R4.36 each, and laser engraving or hot-gold foil is included in the price.

✏️ The pencil

• HB graphite is a balanced core for everyday school, office and sketching use.
• Triangular barrel: three flat faces give a comfortable grip, stop the pencil rolling off a desk and give the text a stable surface.
• Matching eraser on every pencil.
• Unsharpened: this protects the graphite tips during packing and delivery. Sharpen after delivery with a sharpener suited to a triangular barrel.

🔖 Laser engraving or hot-gold foil?

• Laser engraving marks the painted surface for a subtle, permanent result that will not peel in everyday use. The contrast varies with the pencil colour.
• Hot-gold foil adds a brighter metallic mark, good for gifts, events and premium sets.

✍️ Text and name-list rules

• ✅ Text only, one line per pencil. Logos, graphics, icons, emojis and gradients are not accepted.
• ✅ Maximum 20 characters per pencil, including spaces and punctuation. Shorten wording yourself, because production does not edit it.
• ✅ Exact spelling and capitalisation. We reproduce the text exactly as submitted.

Ordering pencils with different names

1. Create an Excel (.xls/.xlsx) or Word (.doc/.docx) file.
2. Put one final name or phrase per row or line, with no instructions mixed into the list.
3. Make the number of entries exactly match the quantity you order. We do not create missing entries.
4. Upload the file with your order. If it will not upload, send a Google Drive or WeTransfer link straight after ordering.

💰 Quantities, samples and pricing

There is no minimum. Order one pencil as a sample, a named class set or a larger run. Prices can change, so the product page is the final word. Pencil timing is its own: do not apply notebook or notepad timings to pencils. See quantities and turnaround.

⏱️ How long does it take?

Correctly submitted orders under 1000 pencils may qualify for same-day processing and dispatch. Larger orders or more complex name lists get an appropriate lead time, so this is a guide and not a guarantee. At checkout look for Expedited Processing; it shortens the production queue and is separate from courier delivery. See shipping fees and delivery times.
