The current Valenna pen range uses text-only personalisation. Logos, graphics, icons, emojis, QR codes and other artwork are not supported.
🔤 Text limit and font
- Use one short line of up to 20 characters, including spaces and punctuation.
- The MONOTXT font and weight options are shown on the current product page.
- Short text is easier to read on the narrow pen barrel.
📋 Prepare the list
- Supply the exact text in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Excel (.xls/.xlsx). No other formats are accepted.
- For different names, use one line or spreadsheet row per pen.
- The number of entries must match the quantity ordered.
- If every pen uses the same wording, say so clearly and still confirm the total quantity.
⚠️ Warning: capitalisation, spelling and punctuation are produced as supplied. We do not correct or standardise your list. Remove hidden rows, comments and notes that must not be printed.
📤 If the file will not upload
If it is too large, email a Google Drive or WeTransfer link straight after ordering, with your order number.
