Valenna personalises pens with your name, message or short brand line, in laser engraving or hot gold foil. There are two pens: a metal-barrel ballpoint with a built-in touchscreen stylus (R19.99) and a lightweight recycled-paper ballpoint (from R7). There is no minimum order, so you can order a single pen as a gift or a bulk run for an event, trade show or resale range.

đ Laser engraving or hot gold foil?
- Laser engraving is the default. Text is cut cleanly into the barrel for a crisp, understated look, and works for one pen or a batch.
- Hot gold foil gives a warmer, reflective gold-tone mark applied with heat and pressure. It sits on the surface, so it looks and handles differently.

đ¤ How to submit your text, including many different names
- Create a Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Excel (.xls/.xlsx) file. No other formats are accepted.
- Put one entry per pen on its own line or row, so the number of lines matches the quantity you order.
- Check the spelling of every name. We do not guess or correct names.
- Upload the file with your order. If it is too large, email a Google Drive or WeTransfer link straight after ordering.

Note: a blue or red barrel, clip or tip does not mean the pen writes in that colour. Both pens write in black ink. Confirm the writing-ink colour and the exterior colour on the product page before ordering a coordinated set. See

đ° Quantities, samples and pricing
There is no minimum order. Order one pen as a sample to check the finish, engraving and writing feel before a bulk run. Price depends on the pen and quantity, and prices can change, so the product page is the final word. A pen supplied without personalisation does not cost less than a personalised one, because we are a personalised service rather than a blank-pen supplier. âąī¸ How long does it take?
Orders under 500 pens may qualify for same-day dispatch once your text file is submitted correctly. Larger or more complex runs get a confirmed lead time upfront. This is a guide, not a guarantee. Can I put my logo on the pen?
These pens are personalised with text only. Detailed logos do not reproduce well on a narrow curved barrel.
Can I order pens with different names?
Yes. Supply one line per pen in a Word or Excel file with the same number of lines as your quantity.
Is engraving or foil an extra cost?
No. Both methods are included in the price.
Can I buy the pens without personalisation?
We are a personalised service, not a blank-pen supplier, and leaving a pen blank does not lower the price. Ask us before ordering.
