Valenna brands finished A5 notebooks with your logo or name. Choose a smooth PU leather-style or a textured fabric cover in one of six colours, then add your artwork by laser engraving or single-colour heat-transfer vinyl (HTV). Branding is included and there is no minimum order, so you can order one notebook as a sample or a full run for a conference, onboarding pack or client gift.

📘 PU or fabric?

🔖 Laser engraving or HTV?

• Laser engraving permanently marks a compatible cover surface for an understated result. Contrast varies with the cover colour and material, and the artwork should be solid black vector.
• Heat-transfer vinyl (HTV) applies a cut, single-colour design with heat and pressure for stronger contrast. It is an applied layer, not an engraved mark, and one solid vinyl colour is accepted per design.

🖨️ Preparing your vector artwork

• ✅ Supply an AI or SVG vector file with all text converted to outlines.
• ✅ Use one solid colour: solid black for engraving, or one solid colour for HTV.
• ✅ Simplify fine details so the logo engraves or cuts cleanly.
• ✅ Show the placement with a labelled mock-up on an A5 cover, or write the size and position, for example "60 mm wide, 20 mm from the bottom-right edge". Keep the design clear of the spine, rounded edges, elastic and other fittings.

📓 Cover branding or fully custom pages?

Uploading an interior PDF to a cover-branding order does not turn it into a custom notebook. For your own pages, use custom notebook printing. See standard vs custom-printed interiors.

💰 Quantities, samples and timing

There is no minimum, so order one notebook as a sample or the quantity for a project. The product page shows the current price. Production-ready orders below 50 may qualify for same-day processing when stock, artwork and finishing allow it; larger quantities and additions such as elastic or ribbon may take longer.
