Will Colours Match on a Notebook Cover and Inside Pages? | Valenna

Will the Same Colour or Pink Match on a Notebook Cover and Interior Pages?

Not exactly. The same colour can look similar on a notebook cover and on its interior pages, but an exact visual match is not guaranteed.

๐Ÿค” Why they differ

Covers and interior pages use different materials, finishes and coatings. Those differences change how a printed colour looks, even when the artwork uses the same colour values and is printed on the same equipment.

๐ŸŽจ How to get the closest result

  1. Use the same CMYK values in the cover and interior artwork.
  2. Do not judge the final colour from a screen. Screens show RGB light and printing uses CMYK ink.
  3. If colour accuracy matters and you are ordering fewer than 25 units, order a sample first.
โ„น๏ธ Good to know: per-order colour calibration is reserved for bulk orders of 25 units or more. Smaller orders are printed in continuous batches with standard printer settings.
Order sizeHow colour is handled
Under 25 unitsStandard settings. Order a sample if colour is critical.
