Your total lead time is production time plus courier transit time. The courier estimate starts only after your order has been produced, packed and handed over, so plan for both.
🔧 Production time
- It depends on the products, quantities, stock, artwork and finishing in your cart. Do not apply one fixed period to every order.
- Glued products such as notepads need an extra 1 to 2 days for the glue to dry.
🚀 Expedited Processing
When your cart qualifies, checkout shows an optional Expedited Processing add-on under the shipping methods. It moves the order ahead of the normal production queue.
- Eligibility and timing depend on the actual products and quantities.
- As a guide, an urgent order of around 50 notebooks may be processed the same day, and larger quantities (even 100) can sometimes be arranged. This is an example, not a fixed limit or a guarantee.
- Checkout shows the actual lead time for your cart and, where possible, offers same-day dispatch.
