Delivery Time vs Production Time: What Is the Difference? | Valenna

Delivery Time vs Production Time

Production time is how long Valenna needs to make and prepare your order. Delivery time starts only after the parcel has been collected by the courier. They are two separate parts of the total time before you receive your order.

๐Ÿ”ง The two stages

StageWhat it coversWhat it depends on
ProductionPrinting, making, finishing and packingThe products, quantities, artwork readiness and finishing in your cart
DeliveryCourier transit after dispatchThe service you selected and your destination
๐Ÿ“ Note: a tracking number does not mean production began when you first placed the order. Tracking appears after the courier has collected the parcel. Do not add a production estimate to a courier estimate and treat the total as a guaranteed arrival date.

๐Ÿš€ Urgent orders

If your cart qualifies, checkout may offer Expedited Processing, which lets the order skip the normal production queue. This speeds up production only. It is not same-day delivery.

โš ๏ธ Warning: before you rely on a deadline, check the actual cart, the processing time and the delivery option shown at checkout.

โ“ Frequently asked questions

My order was produced quickly. Why has it not arrived?

Courier transit starts after collection and is counted in working days. See how to track your order.

Does a faster courier shorten production?

No. A faster courier affects the delivery stage only.
