How to Prepare Front and Back Bookmark Artwork

Supply one clearly named front file and one back file for every bookmark design. Our bookmark service prints both sides of a 50 ร— 140 mm bookmark.

๐ŸŽจ Build the design

  1. Create both sides at 50 ร— 140 mm.
  2. Keep text, logos and QR codes inside a safe area.
  3. Use sharp raster artwork at final size or clean vector artwork.
  4. Keep any tassel-hole area clear of essential content.
  5. Check small text and scan a physical QR-code proof.

๐Ÿ“ Export and name the files

We ask for individual PNG or SVG artwork rather than a customer-created A4 production sheet. Use names such as bookmark-01-front and bookmark-01-back. Group the correctly paired files as the product upload requires and state the quantity for each design.

โš ๏ธ Warning: do not add your own imposition, cut paths or generic marks. We arrange the A4 sheet. Follow the bookmark product's upload instructions for the actual production workflow.

โ“ Frequently asked questions
