How to Prepare a Print-Ready Flyer PDF

Build the flyer at its final A5 or A4 size and export one print-ready PDF. For double-sided printing, page 1 is the front and page 2 is the back.

📐 Prepare the artwork

Item	Rule
Size	A5 148 × 210 mm or A4 210 × 297 mm
Images	300 DPI at final size
Colour	CMYK where possible
Bleed	Extend edge-to-edge backgrounds about 3 mm beyond the finished size
Safe margin	Keep logos, QR codes, phone numbers and essential text at least 3 mm inside the edge
Fonts	Embedded or outlined
Orientation	Consistent between front and reverse

⚠️ Warning: this workflow is for flat flyers, not folded brochures. We print the final customer-supplied file as submitted.

✅ Before you upload

Open the exported PDF and check the actual page size and both orientations.
Check the smallest text, colour contrast, spelling, dates, phone numbers and QR codes.
Remove comments, guides, unwanted crop marks and accidental blank pages.
