Upload one final PDF that is already arranged at the finished size and ready to print. Valenna prints customer artwork as supplied and does not check, redesign, proofread or rearrange it before production. Product-specific file rules always take priority over this general checklist.

| 🖼️ Images | Photographs and raster graphics are about 300 DPI at final size |
| 🎨 Colour | CMYK where your software supports it |
| ✂️ Bleed | Only where your product requires it. Custom notebooks and planners need no bleed: supply the exact finished size |
| 🛡️ Safe area | Important text, logos and tables stay inside it. For notebooks that is at least 10 mm from every edge |
| 🔤 Fonts | Embedded or converted to outlines |
| 📄 Pages | Separate pages, not reader spreads, unless the product says otherwise |
| 🔢 Order | Page order, orientation and intentional blank pages are correct |
| 🧹 Clean-up | Comments, tracked changes, hidden objects and unwanted guides removed |
| 🚫 Marks | No crop marks or production cutlines unless the product specifically requests them |
