No. Nobody reviews or proofreads your file before it is printed. Valenna prints exactly what you upload, so check the file yourself before you order.
Valenna runs an automated print workflow. When an order is processed, your file is split automatically and sent to different machines depending on the material combination you selected, for example the cover, the interior pages and black-and-white or colour printing. In most cases nobody at the workshop knows what a file contains until the printed pages are collated and cut.
The print-ready PDF checklist lists everything in one place. Open the exported PDF and look through every page before you upload.
Because we do not review files, the safest way to check a design is to order one printed copy first. A single item can be ordered because custom notebooks have no minimum order quantity. See ordering a sample or proof and when to request a digital proof or physical sample.
If you are unsure whether your file meets a product's requirements, raise a support ticket before ordering. We do not offer design, layout or editing services, but support can explain the product rules. See design and artwork-editing services.
Contact us immediately with your order number and the corrected file. A file can only be replaced if the order has not moved too far into production. See what happens if I notice an artwork mistake after checkout.
