We work with quality materials sourced from trusted suppliers and regularly maintain and calibrate our production equipment to support reliable, accurate results.
Printed colours can sometimes differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitors, device settings, lighting, and print processes. For the closest possible colour accuracy, we recommend preparing artwork in CMYK colour mode and using our downloadable design templates where available.
If something does not meet expectations and you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with our returns and reprint policy.

Yes. All personalised printing, customisation, and production work is completed at our South African workshop.
We do not outsource our custom printing overseas. Producing locally allows us to maintain closer quality control, reduce turnaround times, and respond faster to customer orders and production requirements.
Local production also supports South African jobs, skills development, and reduced transport distances compared with international manufacturing and fulfilment models.
Some raw materials and components — such as certain paper stocks, specialty media, or accessory parts — may be sourced internationally. However, the printing, personalisation, production, and assembly of our custom products take place right here in South Africa.
