Custom Stationery Print Quality Control and Defective Print Support

Every printed and personalised item gets visual quality checks before it leaves the workshop. All personalisation, printing and production is done at Valenna's South African workshop.

We use quality materials and maintain and calibrate our production equipment to support reliable results.

🎨 A note on colour

Printed colour can differ slightly from your screen because of monitors, device settings, lighting and the print process. For the closest result, prepare artwork in CMYK. See RGB vs CMYK and why print colours vary.

ℹ️ If something is wrong: if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we work with you under our returns and reprint policy. See problem with your order.

🇿🇦 Are Valenna products locally made?

Yes. All personalised printing, customisation and production is completed at our South African workshop, and we do not outsource custom printing overseas. Some raw materials and components, such as certain paper stocks, specialty media or accessory parts, may be sourced internationally, but the printing, personalisation, production and assembly of custom products happen in South Africa. Local production gives us closer quality control and faster response.
