Valenna Workshop Location, Hours and Collection Rules

No, you cannot collect your order from the Valenna workshop, and you should not send an Uber, your own courier or another person to collect it. The workshop is on a working farm with controlled access and is closed to visitors, and we have not allowed collections since July 2025. Every order goes out by courier or PUDO locker. A handover in Brackenfell is possible only if you insist on collecting and we agree to it in writing before you order.

Valenna operates from the Cape Town area. Every order is printed, assembled, packed and dispatched at the workshop, then collected by our courier partners for delivery across South Africa.

🚫 Why you cannot collect from the workshop

  • It is away from main roads and has no easy access.
  • Vehicles must be authorised before they enter the property.
  • Parcels cannot be handed over while production is running.

For these reasons we have not allowed walk-in visits or collections since July 2025. We do not publish the exact address, for security and operational reasons.

🕒 Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00 to 16:00, Saturday 10:00 to 14:00, closed on Sunday. Courier pickups and deliveries follow the courier's own schedule.

🤝 How a Brackenfell handover works

It is an exception, not a shipping option, and it is not shown at checkout. If you insist on collecting, we may be able to send your order to a central point in Brackenfell so you do not travel to the farm.

  1. Contact us before you order. Tell us what you are ordering, the quantity and the date you need it.
  2. We confirm whether it is possible for that order.
  3. Wait for our written confirmation of the handover point and when the order will be ready.
⚠️ Warning: do not send an Uber, another ride service, your own courier or another person to collect unless we have confirmed that specific handover in writing. An arrangement for one order does not create standing permission for the next. Routine walk-in collection and automatic third-party collection are not offered.
