Order-status questions usually mean one of four things: payment has not been matched, production is still under way, the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier, or tracking has not updated.

| Shipped | The courier has the parcel. You receive the courier and a tracking reference | Yes |
Send the order number, the checkout email and the date you need it by. "Where is my order?" without those details delays the lookup.
It is in the queue or in production. You will get an Order Processed message when it is packed and ready for collection.
