Once your payment is received, Valenna's automated production and fulfilment system takes over. You get a message at each of four steps, and your files are printed exactly as submitted.

Many customers receive a follow-up coupon in their Order Received email and WhatsApp. It is meant for an extra order placed shortly after the first, so both can be packed and sent in one shipment to save shipping and packaging. The coupon is valid only while your first order is waiting to be dispatched. Once the courier has collected the parcel, the label is set and the coupon expires. The value and terms are shown on the coupon itself.
