How to Upload Die-Cut Sticker Artwork: PNG, SVG, A4 Layout and Cutlines

Upload each custom die-cut sticker design as a separate PNG with a transparent background, or as an SVG. Do not arrange the designs on an A4 sheet and do not add your own cutlines. We arrange the production sheet and prepare the cutting paths.

📁 Upload each design separately

One ZIP per billed A4 sheetSubmit a pre-arranged kiss-cut sheet to the loose die-cut product

Each finished sticker is cut through both the printed material and the backing and supplied as an individual loose piece. Not sure about the format? See die-cut vs kiss-cut.

📦 Several designs

When several designs belong to the same billed A4 sheet, put the individual files in one clearly named ZIP, for example YourName_Stickers_Sheet1.zip. Each ZIP represents one billed sheet. State the required finished width or height and the quantity for each design. See how stickers are priced, sized and split and supplying multiple designs.

⚪ Backgrounds, borders and cut paths

  • Transparent backgrounds make the intended sticker shape clear.
  • We add a white border of about 2 to 4 mm to protect the artwork from normal cutting movement. See why stickers have a white border.
  • Padding or bleed is not the same as the machine cutline. You supply padding or bleed, never the cutline.
⚠️ Warning: a cutline, shaded cut background or A4 layout in your file will not match our machine settings and can spoil the result.

✅ Final artwork checklist

  1. One file per design, PNG (transparent) or SVG.
  2. 300 DPI at final size, no pixelation.
  3. No cutline, A4 layout or registration marks.
  4. Stray pixels checked over light and dark backgrounds. See transparent backgrounds and cut lines.
  5. Sizes and quantities stated for every design.
