Does Valenna Participate in Tenders or RFQs?

No. Valenna does not participate in tenders or separate RFQ bidding. Businesses, schools and other organisations can instead order custom stationery directly through the website and use the price shown online.

  1. Choose the custom-printing product you need.
  2. Select the material, size, printing, finishing and quantity.
  3. Upload final print-ready artwork where required.
  4. Review the price and any quantity discount shown online.
  5. At checkout choose Manual Bank Transfer (Invoice) if you need an invoice before paying.

🧾 Pricing paperwork for approvals

We do not issue a separate manual quotation. The invoice created at checkout records the selected products and current prices, and many organisations use it for an internal pricing or approval process.

📝 Note: the checkout invoice is not a tender submission, a tender-document pack, a credit agreement or a promise that production has begun. Payment and the normal order conditions still apply.
