Valenna uses transparent website pricing. Choose the product and options, enter your quantity, and the page shows the exact price, including any automatic bulk discount, straight away. We do not prepare separate manual quotations, but you can get an invoice to use as a quote in a few steps, and this guide explains how.
Use it as the starting point for prices, quotes, invoices, discount codes, rewards and payment help.
| I want to... | Do this |
|---|---|
| ๐ฐ See a price | Open the product, select every option and enter the quantity |
| ๐ Get a quote for approval | Add items to the cart and check out with Manual Bank Transfer (Invoice) |
| ๐งพ Get an invoice for a past order | Sign in with your checkout email and open the order |
| ๐ท๏ธ Use a coupon | Enter it in the cart or checkout before paying |
| ๐ฆ Order in bulk | Increase the quantity; discounts apply automatically |
| โ ๏ธ Fix a failed payment | Check your bank first, then send us the reference |
The price depends on your complete selection: product and finished size, material, paper or board, page count, colour or black and white, cover, binding, finishing and quantity. Labels such as notebook, journal or diary do not set the price on their own, because the selected construction does. Where a product qualifies, the discount is calculated and shown automatically. Compare quantities using the same configuration so the unit prices are like for like. Delivery and any separately chosen extras are added at checkout.
It depends on the listing's stated selling unit, so read the quantity label before comparing. One cart unit is not automatically one sheet. A pack is the stated number of items, a ream is the quantity stated on that paper listing, and a box is the stated number of packs, reams or units. Document printing, for example, is priced per printed page. If a listing is unclear, send us the product link and the total quantity you need. See boxes, reams, packs, sheets and unit pricing explained.
Custom notebooks, notepads and deskpads show automatic quantity tiers on the product page:
| Quantity | Discount |
|---|---|
| 1 โ 14 | Standard price |
| 15 โ 24 | 15% off |
| 25 โ 59 | 20% off |
| 60 โ 99 | 25% off |
| 100 or more | 35% off |
Other products show their own tiers, so always check the product page. Tiers are calculated from the exact product configuration in the cart, and a discount on one material or size does not carry over to another.
We do not issue separate manual quotations. Use the live website price, or create an invoice to use as a quote:
No. Businesses, schools and organisations order directly on the website and use the price shown. If your organisation needs pricing paperwork, use the invoice route above. For unusual items that cannot be configured online, contact us before ordering with the product, quantity, finished size, materials and date needed, so we can check feasibility. See tenders and RFQs.
Sign in with the email used at checkout and open the order. If you cannot access your account, send us the order number and checkout email. Marketplace purchases (Amazon, Takealot, Makro) are invoiced through the marketplace. See how to get an invoice for your order.
These are not automatic entitlements. Use only the offer, eligibility and expiry shown on the live website, product page, cart or checkout. A promotional item must appear in the cart as offered. Rewards or cashback are shown live on eligible products, in your account or at checkout, so do not rely on old earning rates. See free items, promotions, sponsorships and samples and checking and using rewards or cashback.
Yes. Prices are shown on the product pages without an account.
No. The invoice records the items and prices at checkout, but it carries no separate validity period, and production starts only after payment.
Check that all items use the same qualifying options and that the quantity meets the displayed tier.
