Getting Website Pricing and an Invoice for a Large or Custom Order

Valenna does not prepare separate manual quotations. Current prices and discounts are shown on the website for every product, and for a large order you can create an invoice at checkout to use as your quote.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Step 1: get the current price

  1. Open the product you need.
  2. Select the material, size, printing, finishing and other options.
  3. Enter your quantity.
  4. Review the price and any automatic quantity discount shown on the page or in the cart.

For several products, add each configured item to the cart. The cart gives the combined product total before delivery is finalised.

๐Ÿงพ Step 2: create an invoice to use as a quote

  1. Add the correctly configured items and quantities to the cart.
  2. Go to checkout and enter your billing and delivery details.
  3. Select Manual Bank Transfer (Invoice) as the payment method.
  4. Complete checkout to create the order and its invoice.
๐Ÿ“ Note: this creates a real order and invoice, not a quotation request. Production does not begin just because the invoice exists. Payment and the normal order conditions still apply.

๐Ÿงฉ Large or unusual requests

If the item cannot be configured on the website, contact us before ordering with the product, quantity, finished dimensions, materials and required date. This is a feasibility check, not a tender or RFQ process.

โ„น๏ธ Good to know: Valenna does not take part in tenders, and we do not provide VAT certificates, credit terms or quote-validity periods beyond what the checkout and invoice show. See tenders and RFQs.

โ“ Frequently asked questions

Can I get a quote valid for 30 days?

We do not set quote-validity periods. Prices are the live website prices at the time you order.

Is there a bigger discount for a very large order?

Quantity discounts are applied automatically where a product qualifies. For a configuration the website cannot handle, send us the details for a feasibility check.
