How Valenna Pricing and Automatic Bulk Discounts Work

Valenna's current prices are shown directly on the website. Choose the product, material, printing and finishing options, then enter the quantity to see the price for that exact combination.

🧮 How the price is calculated

The total can change with:

  • the product and finished size
  • paper or board, and page count
  • colour or black-and-white printing
  • cover, binding and finishing
  • quantity

Labels such as "notebook", "journal" or "diary" do not set the price on their own. The selected construction does.

📉 How bulk discounts work

  • Where a product qualifies for quantity pricing, the website applies and displays the discount automatically.
  • Compare quantities using the same configuration so unit prices are like for like.
  • Delivery and any separately selected extras are added in the normal checkout calculation.

🚫 No separate price request needed

We do not issue a separate manual quotation just to give you prices. Configure the items online to see prices and discounts immediately. If you need an invoice to use internally as a quote, follow getting pricing and an invoice for a large order. Valenna does not participate in tenders or RFQs; see tenders and RFQs.

My bulk discount is missing. Why?

Check that all items use the same qualifying options and that the quantity meets the displayed tier. See discount codes and missing discounts.

Can I stack a coupon on a bulk discount?

Only one coupon or promotion can normally be used on an order, and some offers cannot be combined. The cart shows what applies.
