You do not register for a Valenna account. Placing your first order creates it automatically, using the email address you entered at checkout. You can check out as a guest and set a password afterwards.
🔑 How to open your account for the first time
- Open My Account on the Valenna website.
- Enter the same email address you used at checkout.
- Choose the password-reset option. This is how you create your first password.
- Use the reset link sent to the order email, then sign in.
💡 Tip: keep using the same email for later orders so they all appear under one account.
🧾 Why bother with the account?
The account gives you a place to review your orders, see your account details and download invoices. You never need it to order. If an order does not appear, first check that you are using the exact checkout email.
📧 If the reset email does not arrive
- Check your spam and junk folders and confirm the exact email used at checkout.
- If the address had a typo, or the order cannot be found, contact support with the order number, your name, your phone number and the correct email. See cannot log in or reset your password.
