Yes, every pen or pencil in an order can carry a different name. You supply the names as a list, and each item gets one line of up to 20 characters. Pens and pencils are text only.
๐ Set up the list
- Use Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or Excel (.xls/.xlsx).
- Put one name per line or row.
- Make the number of entries equal the quantity you order. If a name must appear twice, list it twice or add a quantity column.
- Keep each entry to 20 characters or fewer, including spaces and punctuation.
- Type the names exactly as they must appear. Capitalisation, spelling and punctuation are produced as supplied.
| Example row | Result |
| Thandi M. | One pen or pencil engraved or foiled "Thandi M." |
| Grade 3B | One item with "Grade 3B" |

Check before you send
- Count the rows against the ordered quantity.
- Look for names over 20 characters and shorten them yourself.
- Proofread spelling, especially surnames and initials.
- Remove hidden rows, comments and notes that must not be printed.
โ ๏ธ Warning: we produce the list as supplied and do not correct names. A spelling mistake in your list is printed as written, so check it before the order is sent into production.
๐ค Sending it
Upload the file on the product page, or if it is too large, email a Google Drive or WeTransfer link with your order number straight after ordering. For list-building tips, see submitting personalisation lists for bulk orders.
