Replacement notebook covers are supplied unpunched by default. If you need us to punch them, state in the Notes whether your notebook uses 2:1 or 3:1 wire pitch. The pitch must match the existing page-hole pattern.
🕳️ Punching
- Find out your pitch (2:1 or 3:1) from the existing notebook or its wire.
- Measure the finished cover size and the page block.
- Write the pitch in the Notes field when you order.
⚠️ Warning: do not order punching until you know the pitch. A wrong pitch will not line up with your existing pages. Universal alignment is not guaranteed.
🔗 Binding
- Wire binding is permanent and cannot be opened and reused as a refillable mechanism.
- Rebinding needs a new wire element sized for the complete stack.
- Cover-only printing does not include the replacement wire or binding unless we confirm it separately.
