Request the invoice from the marketplace order itself, not from the Valenna website. A marketplace order number is different from a direct Valenna website order number, and Valenna needs the marketplace reference to find the sale.
🧾 How to request it
- Sign in to the marketplace account used for the purchase.
- Open the affected order.
- Use the invoice, seller-message or order-support option available there.
- Include the full marketplace order number and the required buyer or company billing details.
📋 Information to include
- The marketplace name and full order number.
- The purchase date and product.
- The buyer or company billing details the invoice must show.
📝 Note: a product name or direct-store order number alone is not enough. Keeping the request inside the marketplace order connects it to the buyer account and gives Valenna the reference needed.
