Where Valenna Is Based & Where We Ship

Valenna is an online-first South African business with a production workshop in the Cape Town area, Western Cape. We deliver nationwide by courier, and we have not allowed collections from the workshop since July 2025.

🚚 How orders reach you

  • Every order is placed on our website and delivered to your chosen address.
  • We have no walk-in retail store.
  • A PUDO locker is the easiest alternative if you are not always home. See workshop location, hours and collection.

🗺️ Where we ship

We ship across all provinces of South Africa: the major metros (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Gqeberha and Bloemfontein), surrounding regions, smaller towns and many rural locations. Delivery times vary by location, courier routes and the products ordered.

To check delivery and costs for your area, enter your address at checkout, which shows the real shipping rate. See shipping fees, delivery times and collection.

ℹ️ Outside South Africa? Valenna delivers only within South Africa. You can order to a South African address and arrange the onward export, customs and delivery yourself. See ordering from outside South Africa.
