There is no minimum order for branded pencils: order one as a sample, a named class set or a full batch. Pencils cost R4.36 each and laser engraving or hot-gold foil is included in the price.
🧪 Order a sample first
A sample is useful for checking text size, colour, engraving contrast, foil visibility and presentation before a larger school, event or resale order.
📝 Different names
For different names, the uploaded Word or Excel list must contain exactly one entry per pencil ordered. We do not create missing entries. See ordering with different names.
⚠️ Warning: a list shorter than the quantity, or with spelling mistakes, is printed as supplied and will delay or spoil the order. Count the rows before you check out.
⏱️ Turnaround
- Correctly submitted orders under 1000 pencils may qualify for same-day processing and dispatch. Larger orders or more complex lists get an appropriate lead time. This is a guide, not a guarantee.
- At checkout, look for Expedited Processing. It shortens the production queue and is separate from courier delivery.
- Pencil timing is its own: do not apply notebook or notepad timings to pencils.
