Match each cart line to its design, quantity and file before you complete checkout. Files are printed as supplied, so a design that was not ordered or uploaded should never be assumed to be included. Spotting a gap before production starts is far easier than fixing it afterwards.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| List every product and design you need | Gives you something to tick off against the cart |
| Confirm the quantity for each design | Each design has its own quantity and price |
| Name files clearly, for example notebook-cover-front.pdf | We can tell which file belongs to which line |
| Open every PDF and check page count, order, orientation and blank pages | A wrong page order or stray blank page is printed exactly as it is |
| For a notepad, make the PDF page count match the sheet count you entered | A mismatch causes an unusable job |
| Add each different design as its own order item | One line cannot carry several designs unless the product allows it |
Compare the order confirmation with your checklist. If a design, item or quantity looks missing, contact support before production starts with your order number and a precise list of what is wrong.
