Some requested features are not part of our current standard production options. This is a scoped list, not a permanent blacklist of every specialist request.
| Feature | What to do instead |
|---|---|
| Die-cut notebook tabs | Plain notebook inserts can be requested. See dividers, tabs and inserts |
| Perforated tear-out notebook pages (discontinued) | Use a custom notepad. See perforated pages |
| Coloured inner paper, pastel or bright (discontinued) | Print colour onto the standard inner paper, or use a coloured cover. See coloured inner paper |
| A6 size on any product (discontinued) | Choose A5 or A4. See A6 availability |
| Rounded corners on 385gsm notebook covers | Design with square corners. See rounded corners |
| Case-bound, wrapped-cover, perfect-bound and staple-bound notebooks | Custom notebooks use wire binding. See wire binding options |
Ribbon dividers are temporarily unavailable as a standard option on notebooks. They are not discontinued and may be offered on request, so ask before ordering.
Send the full specification for a feasibility check before ordering. Availability differs by product, so do not assume that a feature unavailable on notebooks is unavailable for every other printed item. For example, bookmark finishing is handled separately. See Can Valenna make this?
Some binding styles are being worked on, but until a style appears on the product page it is not available. Perforated pages, coloured inner paper and A6 sizes have been discontinued.
