You can print your own custom notepads at Valenna: A5 or A4 tear-off pads with your own design on every sheet. Use them as branded memo pads, order pads, meeting pads, teacher notepads, forms, checklists, promotional pads or stationery to sell. There is no minimum order, so you can print one pad to test a design or hundreds for a campaign. Prices start from R13.55 and fall automatically as your quantity grows.

Every sheet can carry your complete layout: logo, contact details, writing lines, forms, prompts or branded backgrounds. This is full custom printing, not just a logo on a standard pad. Read what is included and common uses.
Choose A5 when the pad has to be carried or handed out: meetings, bags, welcome packs, retail. Choose A4 for larger forms, diagrams, schedules and training exercises. Design at the final size instead of shrinking an A4 layout afterwards.

Full colour suits branded graphics and colour-coded layouts. Black and white suits simple forms, lists and economical bulk runs. Choose the print option that matches your design and budget.
There is no minimum order. Pricing depends on size, sheet count, paper, backing, construction and quantity. Automatic discounts apply as your quantity grows:

Prices and discounts can change, so check the live price on the custom notepad printing page. For a new layout, order one paid sample or a small run first to test paper, writing space, colour, trimming and binding. Free samples for previous customers are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Production-ready orders may be processed quickly. As a guide, an urgent order of around 50 pads may be processed on the same day, and larger quantities can sometimes be arranged. The number is an example, not a fixed limit or a guarantee. Glued pads need a little extra time for the glue to dry, so allow 1 to 2 extra days for notepads.
At checkout, look for Expedited Processing under the shipping methods. It shortens the production queue for eligible orders; it is not same-day delivery. See quantities and turnaround and shipping fees and delivery times.
Upload one complete PDF per notepad design. Canva links, Word files, images and split PDFs are not accepted.

We can produce custom colouring books and workbooks. Send a ticket first if the project needs a particular size, paper, binding or construction, so we can assess it. Availability does not automatically include marker-proof paper, perforated pages, a specific square size, design creation or a guaranteed binding method, so those details are confirmed for each project.
