No. Supply final, ready-to-print artwork. Valenna does not provide a general design, redesign, layout or artwork-correction service. Customer-supplied artwork is printed as submitted.

🎨 What is different from design work?

Service	What it means
Personalising a listed retail design	A separate workflow. You supply the permitted name or short text for the existing design. The layout is not redesigned
Production checks	Alignment, binding or trimming of the physical item. This is not proofreading or editing your file
Custom artwork	Printed exactly as you supply it

Raise a support ticket so we can advise whether an existing layout or suitable product is available. This does not promise that a new layout will be created.
