What File Format Should I Upload, and Can I Send a Canva Link?

Supply one finished, print-ready PDF with every page in the exact order it must be printed. A Canva share link is not a production file, so export the finished design from Canva before submitting it.

๐Ÿ“„ Set up the PDF

  1. Use one standalone PDF page for each printed page. Do not submit two-page spreads.
  2. Include covers, inside pages, blank pages and repeated pages in their final order.
  3. Check spelling, page order, dimensions and personalisation before exporting.
  4. Remove crop marks, cutting guides, registration marks and other printer marks.

โš ๏ธ Warning: OneDrive, WeTransfer and live Canva links are not accepted for oversized artwork. Some products ask for other formats such as PNG, SVG, AI, Word or Excel. The product page is the final word.

Our workflow prints the file supplied, with no manual design review or correction step. See how to upload your own design and the print-ready PDF checklist.
