Enter your discount code in the cart or at checkout before you pay, and check that the order total changes. A code cannot normally be deducted from an order after it has been completed.

In the cart
- Add at least one product to the cart.
- Open the cart and type the code into the Coupon code field exactly as supplied.
- Select Apply.
- Confirm the order total has changed before you continue.
At checkout
Open the coupon prompt in the checkout totals area, enter the code and apply it. Confirm the revised total before making payment.

- Codes can be case-sensitive.
- Only one coupon or promotional code can normally be used on an order.
- Product, quantity, account, expiry or minimum-spend conditions may apply.
- Apply the code before payment.

Check a coupon
- Enter it exactly as supplied, including capitals.
- Confirm it is still valid and has not reached its usage limit.
- Check the eligible products, quantity or minimum cart value.
- Make sure it is valid for your checkout email or account.
- Remove another coupon or promotion if the offers cannot be combined.
Check an automatic bulk discount
Quantity discounts are calculated from the exact product configuration and quantity in the cart. Confirm that all items use the same qualifying options and that the quantity meets the displayed tier. A discount that applies to one material, size or product does not automatically apply to another.
If checkout also fails
Remove the code, refresh the cart and test whether ordinary checkout works. That separates a coupon problem from a wider cart or payment problem.
⏪ Forgot to use the code and already paid?
The total shown before payment is the amount accepted for that purchase, and a code cannot normally be applied retroactively. If you believe a genuine technical fault stopped it working, contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number and the exact discount code
- a screenshot of the error or promotion
- the date and time you tried to use it
We can investigate a technical failure, but any refund, credit or extension is case-specific and not guaranteed.
