To upload your own artwork, start with the file instructions on the exact custom-printing product page. Valenna products do not all use the same page order, bleed, safe area, file format or upload method.
📋 Step by step
- Read the product page's file rules for the exact product you are ordering.
- Prepare the final production file at the finished size and orientation, with every page or design in the required order.
- Check spelling, names, page count, margins and image quality.
- Export the file type the product page asks for. This is commonly a print-ready PDF for multi-page stationery, unless the product asks for PNG, SVG, AI, Word or Excel.
- Upload during ordering using the upload field on the product page or at checkout.

📝 The Notes field
If the product provides a Notes field, use it for clear print instructions and special requests, such as a bespoke size or binding edge. A note does not replace correctly prepared artwork.
📦 If the file is too large
- Use the file-delivery option stated on the product page.
- Files up to 25 MB can be uploaded through the product page. For a larger PDF, place the finished file in Google Drive, set access to "Anyone with the link", and paste the link into the Notes section of your order, so it is attached to your order and not sent to a general inbox.
- The link must open without requesting access. Identify the order clearly.
🚫 We print as supplied
Artwork is not automatically redesigned, corrected, resized, rearranged or duplicated, and nobody reviews it before printing. Check the file yourself. See does Valenna check my artwork? and the print-ready PDF checklist.
📐 Not every size or orientation is listed for every product
Formats differ by product and binding. If a size or orientation you need is not shown in the product configurator, ask us before ordering. For example, A5 landscape is supported for custom notebooks; see A5 landscape notebooks.

Where do I send my WeTransfer or Drive link?
Paste it into the Notes section of your order page. Check the product page first, because the accepted share services can differ by product.
