How to Prepare a Custom Notepad PDF

We print a custom notepad PDF exactly as supplied, and the PDF page count must match the number of sheets selected for each finished pad.

📄 Match sheets to PDF pages

  • A 30-sheet notepad needs a 30-page PDF.
  • If every sheet is identical, duplicate the design until the PDF holds all 30 pages.
  • If the sheets differ, place the designs in the exact order they must print.

📏 Finished size

Prepare artwork at the exact finished dimensions. Bespoke sizes above A5 and below A4 can be trimmed on request, and sizes above A5 are billed at the A4 rate. Put the required dimensions and any special print instruction in the Notes field before adding the product to the cart.

🔗 Binding direction

Standard notepads are normally glued at the top. Where the product offers wire binding, choosing it gives a top-bound wire notepad. If a pad or notebook must be bound on the short edge and the choice is not shown, add the instruction in Notes and get confirmation from us.
