Page Counts, Printed Sides and Sheet Quantities Explained

A printed page is one printed side. A sheet is the physical piece of paper. How these counts are entered differs by product, so check which one applies before you order.

๐Ÿ“˜ Custom notebooks

  • The page count refers to interior printed pages, not covers.
  • Interior sheets print on both sides, so 100 printed pages = 50 physical sheets.
  • The uploaded PDF still contains the cover pages as well as the interior artwork.
  • Notebooks can be ordered below 50 interior pages where the configurator permits it. Maximum capacity depends on paper and binding choices: 400 printed pages on 80gsm and 200 on 120gsm.

๐Ÿ“ Custom notepads and deskpads

The selected sheet count must match the PDF page count. A 30-sheet notepad needs a 30-page PDF. If every sheet is identical, duplicate that design to create all 30 pages.

๐Ÿ”ข Finished-product quantity

The cart quantity controls how many complete notebooks, notepads or deskpads are made. It does not replace the pages required inside each uploaded file.

โš ๏ธ Warning: do not use the notebook calculation (pages รท 2 = sheets) for notepads or deskpads. For those, one PDF page equals one sheet.
