By using Valenna's website or placing an order you agree to the published terms. Use the site lawfully, and do not misuse accounts, security features, content, support channels, automated tools or other users' information.
We aim to describe products accurately, but screen colours can differ from printed colours. Products and stock may change or be discontinued, and prices may be corrected or changed. The product page and checkout show the selection and price that apply when you order. See pricing, quotes, invoices and discounts.
Provide accurate order, account, delivery and payment information. Prices are charged in South African rand together with applicable delivery fees. Valenna may refuse, limit or cancel an order where the published terms allow it, including for pricing errors, suspicious activity or quantity restrictions.
The full terms describe a limited warranty of 6 to 12 months for keyboards and other covered electronic devices. It applies to qualifying material defects under normal use and does not cover damage from negligence, unauthorised changes, theft, natural disasters or other excluded causes. The item may need to be returned in its original packaging.
Return and cancellation rights depend on the item, its condition, whether production has started and whether it was made to your specifications. Personalised goods normally cannot be returned for a change of mind. Read the current Returns and Refunds policy before ordering, or see problem with your order.
Only submit content you own or have permission to use. It must not infringe another person's rights, be unlawful, deceptive or abusive, or contain prohibited material. Public reviews should be based on first-hand experience and follow the review rules in the full terms. See artwork and file preparation.
The website or a service may sometimes be unavailable, delayed, changed or discontinued. Valenna may update the site and its terms, so check the website version for the latest wording.
